I go to the vast Casa de Campo Country House Park to stay fit and more importantly to be inspired by the beauty and uniqueness of nature. It was formally a royal hunting estate and covers 1,722 hectares. It's hilly, covered in acorn oak trees. The trees were planted in a planned manner so you do get interesting plays of light with the formations. If you need to get away from the city noise you can find peace of mind and tranquility by going deep into this wooded wonderland.
